Our company can provide support and assistance to set your team up for success. This is usually best done at the early stages of a project or claim situation but our team is capable of assisting you at any step of the process.
We have been in your shoes! We have experience in all levels of project management. From building and maintaining a detailed and accurate schedule to successfully presenting and receiving desired outcomes on a multi-million dollar claim. We have the experience because we have prepared and executed each step of the process directly ourselves.
Our owner, Ryan Van Hall has worked within construction in various management roles in the Florida market since 2010. This has included working as a Prime Contractor and Subcontractor on a variety of different projects. From a one day repair project to a complex roadway construction project with revenue valued in the hundreds of million dollars , we have seen and managed it all.
Our services depend on your involvement and buy-in of the process. The more information your team is able to provide, the better product we are able to deliver. Don't forget the final product is yours to assist in successfully managing a project or situation. We just help you put the pieces together. Ultimately it is your schedule or your claim documentation at the end of the process.
